At Terra Firma, we offer slow-grown, pasture-raised organic lamb and chicken.

We raise our livestock with the care and attention possible on a small-scale farm. Our birds are Red Rangers, bred to be raised on pasture. They take twice as long to reach market weight as factory-raised broilers offered in the grocery store. You will find them superior in taste, texture, and lower in fat content. The difference is remarkable. They finish as broilers in the 4 to 6 pound range.

Lambs spend their life on pasture. When they reach weight we deliver them to a local butcher. Cuts of lamb offered include legs, shoulders, racks, chops, shanks, stew meat, ground meat, and sausage. Whole (about 40 pounds of cuts) and half lambs are also for sale.
